This real vegetable garden had to answer to the needs of the castle's masters and servants. It has always been managed using traditional methods. This 9000 m2 flower-vegetable garden, within stone walls, grows fruit trees, more than 50 varieties of plants, condiments, aromatic and medicinal plants, today's and yesterday's vegetables, numerous varieties of perennial and annual flowers, and gourds or cucurbits of all shapes, sizes and colours.
