The 19th century family house, provided with its tower, dominates the Vendée hills in the countryside, near the banks of the Sèvre. Puy du Fou 15 mins, Loire Castles and Futuroscope 1h30, Marais Poitevin 1 hour.
3 guest rooms with private entrance have been created upstairs. Bedroom1 "Clover" (king-sized bed, cot, extra bed), Bedroom2 "Violet" (double bed), Bedroom3 "Hawthorn" (king-sized bed). En suite shower-room, toilets. Breakfast served in the dining room or on the terrace. 2 ha property with garden, orchard, mallards, donkeys, geese... small pond (900m²). At your disposal in the restored barn: a kitchen (fridge, microwave, freezer) for picnic. A heated swimming pool (4x12m, depth of 1.05 to 1.60 m) available from June 2016.
